Payments for pdfly are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

Every account starts on the Free plan, so you can test the API with your own pages before paying anything.

14-day money-back guarantee

If pdfly isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewals and cancellations

• Plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund the remaining days of a month that has already started, except within the money-back period above.
• If you switch plans, the difference is charged or credited proportionally right away, so you never pay twice for the same days.

Problems on our side

If an outage or a fault in pdfly stopped you from using a paid plan, contact us and we'll refund or credit you fairly for the affected time.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@pdfly.host from your account's email address, or reply to your Paddle receipt, or use paddle.net to find your order. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
